Last weekend or opening weekend as it’s known, kicked off the classics season with rounds 1 & 2 of the superclasico league, a series of 45 (ish) one day races running from March through to October.

Round 1 – Omloop Nieuwsblad – A good day for Lee A and Paul G who shared joint first place, with Nic Hill in third place. There was quite a gap between the top scorers who scored over 1,000 points and Paul M in last place with just 45 points. This will certainly help close the gap to Paul from the Warm Up Champs.

Round 2 – Kuurne – Brussel – Kuurne – A lower scoring race with the winner Russ A scoring 891 points, with Lee A in second place with two from two podium finishes and in Third place, after missing round one was Dave A.
