Bike around Bromsgrove for Cure Leukaemia
On Sunday 5th June, we’re excited to be hosting a mini sportive on the scenic lanes around Bromsgrove with two routes so whether you’re new to cycling, or a ‘seasoned pro’ there’s a route to suit everyone.
This is a not for profit event meaning your entry free goes to support Cure Leukaemia fundraising by donating to the @tour21 team challenge to raise £1,000,000 by cycling the full route of the Tour De France.
Join one of the tour21 riders – Jackie Fowler – The Cycling Nurse – who is inspiring women of all ages to take on cycling challenges. On the day she will be riding the course as part of her training so join in and support her as she gets ready to ride the 2000 mile route of the Tour de France.
50km route family and beginner route for those who want to enjoy the scenery at an easy pace without too many hills themselves around the route.
100km route ‘Pro’ route taking on many of the tough climbs of the area (Clent Hills, Windwood Heath, The Lickeys, Weatheroak and many more)
£20 (+booking Fee) All proceeds from the event will go to Cure Leukaemia, and if you want to raise some more money by getting people to sponsor you – that fine by us.
Visit the event page for more information and to enter
(Please be advised there is no parking at the Ewe and Lamb, but we will advise you of a number of parking opportunities in your entrance pack)
